"Charming hotel in a lovely neighborhood near to a park and the University. I found it convenient to many areas in town. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main center. It isclose to transportation and other interesting venues, like the concert hall. Breakfast was fresh, lovely and had plenty of choices. I would definitely stay there again. For some people because there is no elevator and being located on a hilly street may be a concern."

"The apartment was clean. The area is a little bit confusing to get around. There is no street parking in this neighborhood. There is a parking garage near by. It’s called Grieg park. The entrance is off Lars hilles gate."

"Convenient to cruise terminal . Not as pictured. Bed was sofa bed. Quite well equiped and lots of eating places and grocers around. From cruise terminal was uphill if someone has lots of luggage."

The softly playing music from belle epoque France added to the enticing mood that the hotel seeks to create. Tucked into a narrow street the hotel is close to the iconic historical sites of Bergen. A wonderful, wonderful place to appreciate and spend some heavenly time."
