Wonderful and complete breakfast with hot and cold options, breads, fresh fruits, and more. The suite room was well equipped and had a nice rooftop patio. "

"My favorite hotel. Best location right on a canal. Watch gondolas all day. Top friendly 5 star staff. Great room. Marble bathroom with a real door is completely separate from bedroom. We loved the location in San Marco and only 5 minute walk to Rialto.Old world Venice charm. Modern and spotless."

The staff were all wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful in terms of recommending restaurants, giving advice etc The breakfast included cereals, eggs, cheese and cold cuts - couldn't ask for more. The hotel is ideally situated central to the major tourist attractions of Venice. Overall a lovely small hotel. "

"Air conditioning was good and strong. Located near brand name or designer stores, iconic landmarks. Safe and restaurants, other stores around. Walking distance to and from water bus stops and water airport shuttle stop. Clean area but didn’t find the residencia when I arrived. Should put up prominent sign. "
