"I stayed here on my first trip to Lisbon. The staff gave me some great travel tips, which was really reassuring. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. There were also local restaurants nearby, which gave me a nice sense of being somewhere out of the ordinary! The room was spacious, comfortable, and I slept really well. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, working in some areas but not in others. I was pleasantly surprised by the little gesture the day before...

Room was very clean, there were quite a few Mercados around, coffee places, and a few restaurants as well. It’s very close to the Lisbon International Airport, but not so close to Lisbon downtown."

"Second time at this hotel. Didn’t have a chance to review last year. So from last year, the outdoor pool was open til oct 31 which is the longest of any pool in Lisbon. It wss terrific. This year since it's December, I will highlight the staff who are super helpful and location. Close to tge aurport, big shopping center is 5 min walling distace, so is metro, there is a direct bus to belem tower monday to friday, it's just perfect."

Uber is very cheap in Lisbon so it is about 10-20 minute Uber ride to major downtown spots. Walkable restaurants near by that serve great Portuguese food. "We really enjoyed our room, #4, the room and private bathroom in a separate building through the kitchen. The room is small, but we were able to open 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry on suitcases. There were a couple of small issues which were fixed the next day...very quickly looked after. Super location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and many bus routes. We found a great restaurant where they spoke English just down the street, Restaurante Churrasqueira O Franquinho,...
