"Amazing staff! Rooms were a bit dated but for the price, they were perfect for what we were looking for! My daughter loved the pool even though the temp was a little too warm for me (felt like bath water to me). Elevator issues were annoying but manageable. Great location! We definitely took advantage of the on site trolley stop. I wouldn’t want to be much closer to the crazy crowds on the strip. Overall, great trip!! Will recommend and stay again if we ever come back to Gatlinburg!"

"It felt like a cozy cabin and thats exactly what I wanted. Conveniently located near the 3rd stoplight in Gatlinburg. Lots to do within walking distance. I went to see the 4th of July midnight parade and the route took it right in front of the property. Comfy bed, great A/C with a balcony along the creek. Its my go to place when staying in Gatlinburg. "

"Very nice location in the foothills of Gatlinburg. Local shoppes were just a few minutes away walking distance. Amenities were very good. Quietly nestled away from the noise of downtown chatter, but close enough to blend in when necessary. The parking lot is pretty tight however and the spaces a little cramped, but workable. All in all we had a very nice stay here, would definitely recommend this location."

"The condo met our needs. It is convenient to walk to the Gatlinburg strip. The cost is reasonable. The gas fireplace was not working, so I called and maintenance came right away to get it going. It is an older building and could use some updates. This was the second time we have stayed at Gatlinburg Chateau and I am sure we will again. "
