"Just staying overnight for Phatasialand. Room and bathroom was clean and looked recently refreshed. Staff was friendly and were also willing to look after my belongings while I was away at the park."

"Brilliant stay. We stayed here for a weekend trip to go to phantasialand. Clean and spacious apartment. Walking distance to the shuttle bus to phantasialand. Shopping centre 2 min walk away and felt very safe, even when arriving at 2am. Very convenient and easy to use self check in pod for out of hours"

"We arrived after a long day at Phantasialand, the castle was beautiful, easy to find and the check in was automated and very straight forward. We stayed with children in the junior suite and it was amazing, well equipped, warm and very upmarket."

"We only needed a bed for the night as we were attending a concert. The bed was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We needed a taxi to get to the venue and they had one for us within 3 minutes. Fresh water, still or sparkling on demand at the front entrance. Shower snd restroom were cleaned and well stocked. The AC wotked great. We were comfortable all night. Fresh nespresso or tea in the AM. Would definitely stay there again"

"Excellent accommodation, would highly recommend. Staff very friendly and speak multiple languages. Our room was small but typical for Europe. It still slept 4 in separate rooms, plus kitchen. Everything super clean. Lobby has coffee/tea/water machine plus breakfast (if you pay extra). 3 minute walk to supermarket, 5 to shops, 20 to cathedral. Would stay again. "

"I liked the location of the hotel. Most attractions can be reached on foot from the hotel. It’s right on the Rhine too, which was lovely to look out onto every day. Breakfast and the service was excellent. Great choice of continental or cooked breakfasts. Staff on reception were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
