"The room and facility was clean. The water pressure was good and the water was hot. This is a no frills hotel. There are not any amenities but we did not need any. The ice machine worked. The bed was softer than we like but that its a personal preference. The staff was courteous bit you do have to ring the bell for service. I would stay here again. We spent 4 nights here visiting family. "

"This is a quiet hotel, conveniently located for my purpose--visiting gardens in Richmond as part of Virginia Historical Garden Week. There's a choice of fast-food places nearby, which suited my desire to grab something and retreat after an 8-hour day of sightseeing. "

"I had an amazing experience at the Moxy. Visited for a work trip. Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. I absolutely loved the take home art in the room. The decor was what I loved the most. Parking was a little tricky but only because it was Halloween. "
