"I enjoyed the stay, the room was amazing and the view of the creek was beautiful. The original room that I booked had a strange knocking sounds on multiple areas of the roof but as I explained this to the staff, they kindly offered an amazing alternative which was a huge upgrade at no further cost, now that is a true problem solving+ retain customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
