"Lovely Inn located in a quiet hamlet, ideal for visiting Gusborne Vineyard (book a taxi in advance, or take the scenic peaceful walk past the Church to the Military Canal) The Woolpack is a quirky space, with great food and bar, and the staff were excellent"

"Very easy check in, friendly staff, room was very clean and spacious and had a lovely cot for out baby and sheets. Free parking on site too which is always an added bonus, easy to teach the Dover ferry"

"We had a great stay and really enjoyed having access to the castle grounds so close to our room. We asked for a fan in our room and it was delivered immediately . The restaurant for breakfast was only a minutes walk away and had a stunning view of the castle . The food was of a very high quality and good choice of individually cooked items , plus an extensive buffet. Thoroughly recommend for a special occasion ."

"The lodges are spotless, spacious, well equipped and very well situated for many attractions. The included in-room breakfast was very generous and varied. Porridge, cereal, fruit yoghurt, croissants with jam and orange juice. Tea and coffee. There is a personal picnic bench outside the door to enjoy it in the sunshine with the birds singing. The pub did great food in a lovely dining room. -it’s perfect and we will come back soon"
