"Had a great stay at CitizenM Victoria! The location was one of the best parts — being right next to Victoria Station made getting around London incredibly easy, especially travelling solo. It was super convenient for trains, the underground, buses, and getting to and from the airport. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a really nice atmosphere. "Had a lovely stay here at Park Plaza County Hall London. I stayed over to celebrate my graduation. I informed staff I was there for my graduation when asked if there was a special occasion. They complimentary upgraded us to an executive studio room with a city view, put balloons in our room, and gave us complimentary Prosecco and cake. It was absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful to the staff for being so kind. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
