"We could not fault our room. It was sparkling clean and we had nice touches of bottled water and some lovely chocolates to welcome us. The staff on reception were lovely and very welcoming. We didn't take the opportunity to visit the spa on this occasion. The hotel is pretty central to everything so we could walk everywhere. Miniature World is well worth a visit. We were there for a couple of hours. It does get very busy so you need to be patient when waiting to see some of the exhibits....

"Hotel felt new as did the room. It was very good. The bar was pleasent although for one of our two nights we were not allowed in because of a private function. The hotel is in the perfect location, 5 minutes from the Central Train Station and close enough to the centre of Hamburg. Some great restaurants close by that you may not come across unless you use a Hamburg guide book like Lonely Planet."

A little maintenance needed on toilet seat (loose) and there is a slight odor at the entrance rug but otherwise all good and I would definitely stay here again.
