"We stayed for 4 nights in this property. Our first day apartment we checked-in was not good as it was located on lower floors 4th Floor of the building adjacent to the pool area. It was infested with roaches everywhere. Bath rooms were smelly and unbearable. Could not stay in the apartment for more than 30 Minutes. But then we asked for a change in apartment due to such terrible conditions. They relocated us to another apartment the next day that was nice, clean and without bathroom smell. It...

"The property itself was good for us. Easy communication should there be a need to. Smooth check in and check out. Definitely a good one for a group of 5 pax. It's may be not a 5-star, trendy hotel/room but it fulfills the basic needs. "

"Facility does not have a front desk. You have to call a cell number to check in from the car/taxi/Grab/airport transfer vehicle you came in. If the vehicle can wait, you can do it inside your air conditioned car. If your vehicle cannot wait, you will be outside the building entrance with all your bags in the sweltering heat while you figure out how to check in. We were required to put in a deposit for security and cleaning but person on the phone does not accept credit cards. They wanted a bank...
