"Neat clean and plenty of room, but no promised arrival instructions so thank goodness for the security desk guys they were great. No glasses to drink from, just two coffee mugs There were just 2 forks and spoons but no knives. No hot water made showers brisk/cold and fast Could do with bedside lamps - just too bright overhead lights."
