"Great stay in this unique hotel. The property has been carefully renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Our room was extremely spacious and very well equipped, with efficient air conditioning. Breakfast is served in the beautiful courtyard and provides an extensive choice of options. Staff are friendly and helpful."
"The hotel is a bit outdated. The hotel needs to be renovated and the cleaners need to be more vigilant after cleaning the room. My room was left open the entire time when we were out. And after going out the whole day, I would like to have a nice shower and go to bed but there is no shower gel left. "
"Beautiful hotel, clean spotless rooms, everything you need at breakfast and a great location.
Our 3rd visit to the hotel and certainly won't be the last."

"Everything was good but not sure about the lifts as it seems like they are not programmed well to distribute the usage. One lift service made about 6-7 stops just to go to the lobby from my 31st floor room. Isn’t the other lifts working?"
"stayed here because of the low price, the place feels old and dated. The room was basic but manageable for a short stay. One of the biggest downsides was the lack of internet access in the room. I was told that if I needed Wi-Fi, I’d have to either leave the door open or go sit near the lift area, which was inconvenient and not ideal, especially for privacy or getting work. However the location is very central for food and tourist attraction. "
"Upon arriving at the hotel, the first impression was very positive. The property is beautiful, well-presented, and the staff were welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient with no issues at all. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you would expect from a hotel at this level.
Unfortunately, this is where things began to go wrong.
That evening, I discovered there was no hot water. I contacted the front desk, and to their credit, they responded quickly and sent an engineer within a short time. I was told the issue had been resolved after about 30 minutes.
However, the next morning, the hot water was once again not working. When I called down, I was informed that no engineer was available at that time. I was then offered a room change, despite the fact that I was checking out within four hours—so it wasn’t a practical solution.
As a result, I had to take another cold shower. To make matters worse, while I was in the shower, the engineer arrived and repeatedly knocked on my door, despite me having already declined further assistance. Shortly after, my room phone also began ringing. It was frustrating to be interrupted while dealing with an issue that should have been properly resolved the night before.
The front desk staff clearly tried to help and were polite throughout, but the failure ultimately came down to the engineering side not fixing the problem correctly the first time.
At this price point and standard of hotel, when something"
