The place is very centrally located to most restaurants and things you want to visit in Poiana Brașov, the hotel is maintained to the highest standards and the one thing that stood out the most was the hotel staff. Super friendly and courteous and always with a smile on which is one of the things that is missing in lots of places in Romania. Very deserved 5 stars and highly recommended. "

"The guy at the reception on check in was very unkind. The hotel is not suitable por people with reduced mobility as you have to go up and down stairs go to the restaurant, and play. Place needs maintenance, the second floor has floor waves (floor ripples) over the carpet, y toe bent because of this and I fell and hit myself. Not enough toilet paper and sope is replaced, has to call reception to order constantly. Place surrondings has incredible nature, restaurant is very good! "

"Room was large, modern, confortable and clean. Superb location far enough from the noise but very close to all amenities and old town (5 min walk). Staff was super friendly and helpful!! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Definitely recommend and will go back anytime. "

"Wonderful! New, roomy 1 br apartment with modern conveniences. Easy online checkin and check out. Great responsiveness from staff. The location is in a modern area with abundant dining and shopping within walki g distance. The train station is an easy 15 minute walk, even with luggage."
