"There were some issues during the check-in as we booked through Hotels.com. In the website, it says the check-in is at 11am onwards but the actual check-in time at 3pm. Regardless, the staff came to attend us immediately and resolved the issue by letting us into an empty room at one of their guesthouses (Fun fact: they have 3 guesthouses around the area).
