"Awesome property! The building is beautiful and you can walk around the waterfront. Only down side is the area is under going developments and a lot of constructions, it does not bother us. We love that is it outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but less than 30 minutes away from Dubai Mall and the airport. You can walk to take the Dubai Metro too. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Park Apartments. The staff were all professional, friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed a great night sleep in a lovely spacious bed. The Apartment also provided a free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mail and the Dubai Festival City Mall which was brilliant. Overall a fabulous holiday we will definitely come back in the future. "

"So glad I discovered the hotel completely by accident. The hotel is new, boutique and magical. Everything is clean and tidy, the room is huge, the area is calm and quiet, and there is a Metro 10 min by walk. The hotel staff are so amazing, friendly, professionals and super helpful. Upon my arrival I received vouchers for a drink and a cup of coffee while waiting for the room. The price is amazing, for every pocket. Hope to visit here soon. "Spacious and comfortable rooms. Customer service is great. Only thing is that the area is a little remote. There is no tar road, just a gravel road. I would recommend the place to others based on the large apartment, comfortable beds, big screen android TV and great customer service."
