"The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "

"The included breakfast was cancelled due to Ramadan, there is no swimming pool or outside area at all (the pool was emptied of water and the surround area was treated as a construction site), there was no daily cleaning, there were ashtrays in the non-smoking room/hotel and it smelled of smoke. Furthermore the fridge didn't work, the bathroom floor flooded when showering and the wifi was unreliable in the rooms. "
