"Great property with large and clean rooms and a super helpful staff. We had a great stay there in August 2025 and found it a much more cost competitive option compared to the hotels in Quebec City. The only drawback is that the old Quebec City is between 20-40 minutes away as no direct land bridge exists between Lévis and Quebec City. This was generally not a problem to us. I also found Lévis to be a fantastic city with great coffee and dining options. I would highly recommend Sheraton if you...

"The location, the room and the staff are all excellent. The location couldn't be better; across from the Chateau Frontenac, the Funicular and within a short walking distance ot the Christmas Markets and other shops. Plenty of very good resturants also within walking distance. The Funicular takes you to Lower Quebec City and right onto Petite Champlain, the oldest street in Old Quebec City. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
