"Everyone was helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, very spacious. And love that the hotel was close to everything. Walking distance to the bean. And bus transportation was close by also. "

"The breakfast menu was good and it was an American style breakfast which means there was more than donuts and coffee. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about Chicago and the room was comfortable except for not having heat, you know it is Chicago in January, other than that, I would recommend others to give the Whitehall Hotel a try and the CTA buses were across the street."
