"The hotel photos do not match reality. The room is in need of renovation. The chair in the room should be replaced with a new one, as it is worn out and peeling. There are not enough towels for the pool. My son was offered and given a foot towel instead of a proper towel after the pool. The internet works very poorly. Unfortunately, this is not what we expected"

"Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the moment we walked in. The customer service was extremely poor—there was no greeting, no smile, and no sense of welcome at all. It honestly felt like guests were not appreciated. The cleanliness was also a major issue. The overall environment looked dirty, and it didn’t seem like proper cleaning had been done. Inside the room, several things were not up to standard. The bathroom door would not lock, and even the main door seemed broken, which made us feel unsafe. Additionally, basic amenities were missing—there was no microwave, no “Do Not Disturb” sign, and the chair in the room was torn. Overall, the condition of the room and the service provided did not meet expectations at all. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves both their service and maintenance."

"Booked a one night stay because online said there was airport transfers and all that. When we arrived I told them I needed to park my vehicle for the week while we were gone and would need a shuttle to the airport. The lady told me that they did not do that anymore. It was late when I arrived so I was extremely frustrated and stressed out. Told them they need to update the online stuff then which she said they have been trying to. I wish they would have sent an email stating they don’t do this anymore. Ended up cancelling the reservation and finding something else. Lesson learnt."

"Easy to checkin. Rooms were clean but the layout was very weird and seemed to be cramped. Didn’t experience the amenities or breakfast as we got in from a flight late and basically just slept for a few hours and then left. "
