The hotel is super clean and the staff was amazing! Marco was incredibly helpful and took great care of us! The room was perfect and an awesome shower (which can be hard to find in Europe). Location is easily walkable to all the main spots of Siena. Highly recommend!
My husband and I stayed at the Santa Caterina for four nights. Normally we like to stay in the center of town, but I booked the Santa Caterina based on its reviews, and I'm so glad I did! This was the best experience we’ve ever had traveling! The views are incredible. The service was like noting we’ve ever experienced before. They helped plan our entire Chianti portion of our trip. I could go on and on about how fantastic they were. Will 100% be coming back in the near future!
We loved this place and it was by far the best place we stayed during our time in Italy. The property is breathtaking and the service/staff is amazing. All the food we had was phenomenal and fresh. The wine is to die for. This is the type of place that is so good that you almost don’t want to tell people about it to keep it secret. Hope to be back again someday.
Staffs/ receptionist are all great. They speak English w/c is rare in this part of town. They are very helpful especially Antonetta & Miguellena. Buffet breakfast, they have laundry area, bar and restaurant. Rooms are decent and clean. There is an old church at the back, but it was closed when we went there.
Tasteful decoration and cozy atmosphere; makes you want to stay and relax in the terrace or reading room. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent location (5 minas walk to the center of Siena), surrounded by trees, perfect if you hace a rented car and can go back and forth between Tuscan towns.

Don't be fooled by the one-star hotel rating. This is a basic hotel with little amenities, but we didn't come to Siena to stay at the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay at Alma Domus. The location was great, the room was clean and the hotel was very accommodating with our luggage storage requests. Although we wished we had a little more variety with the breakfast choices, it wouldn't deter us from returning to this hotel or recommending it to others. Thanks again!!

Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up.
But other than that - amazing stay!
