"Very poor quality food, limited choices, poor housekeeping, in our 10 day stay, our sheets were changed once, the room was not cleaned at all. The pool dirty/cloudy and constantly full of bugs, and was generally in bad condition with broken lights, tiles (with sharp edges) and plagued with ants. Drinks were the usually cheap all inclusive type, and frequently some types were out of stock. Staff were generally friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay again."

Every staff member we encountered from the receptionists to the cleaning staff were welcoming, friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was outstanding, rooms were clean, property was well maintained and the beach and pool were a great place to relax and enjoy the holidays. I especially want to call out the exceptional crew at Alymara Beach Club during the day. Every time...
