"The staff, especially Sylvia, was friendly and helpful. She gave good recommendations for restaurants. She also helped to arrange for a good tour and the taxi for leaving by the port. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the pedestrian ways in the city enter, albeit uphill. Of course, that means it is downhill back to the hotel.😄"

We arrived early in the morning on our check-in day, and the staff was incredibly friendly and got our room together as soon as possible for check-in a bit before the standard time. Nice view from the sea-facing side of the hotel and only about a 20 minute walk to Heraklion center with a lot of restaurants, shopping, souvenirs, etc. Overall, this was a great stay. "
