"Firstly, the customer service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was well organised, and the staff were friendly, and responsive to any reasonable requests. Drive to Woolwich for the Elizabeth line and O2 arena is less than 30 mins. Bluewater is also in the vicinity. We will definitely stay again!"
