"BEST HOTEL EVER!!! Beautiful and convenient location, lively but still quiet and close to the metro. We booked the luxury penthouse and it was gorgeous with a spacious private terrace. The breakfast was spectacular and offered just about every type of food & beverage you can imagine. Every member of the staff was sweet, friendly and helpful. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the bath was luxurious! They even have Dyson hair dryers!! We could not have loved this hotel any more and stayed until...

"It was easy to find right on Gran Vía so it was very convenient, staff was ready to help you up and down the main stairs to the elevators with your luggage, despite English not being their first language they were very helpful with questions or were quick to find someone who understood so they can assist. The room was great, nicely kept and very comfortable."
