I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m grateful for Myriam’s incredible hospitality!

Wonderful hotel and staff; what you would expect for the $$$$! Only drawback I experienced was the room was too masculine with little regard for a female's hair and make up needs for a mirror, lighting and plug in the same location. Additionally only seating for 1 in the room; had to ask for another chair to create a sitting area. Staff extremely responsive. Expedia VIP free breakfast was truly a bonus!

We only stayed one night but it’s right next to the bridge so it’s pretty much around everything, the restaurant downstairs was very good as well.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.

This is a lovely hotel, definitely deserves its 4* rating. The staff were all great. The hotel is very clean and very well appointed. One can access The Third Space gym and 108 Brasserie, along with the other hotel amenities via the lobby which would be great if the weather was unsatisfactory. My only complaint would be this - I was traveling with my children, 6 & 11, and booked this hotel so I could take them swimming in our down time. Great hotel! The location is perfect!

Nearest tube is Green Park which is about as central as you can get in terms of the sights of London. Very nice Hotel, pricey but worth every penny. Stayed here for New Year, walked through green park to the Mall and watched fireworks from there. Staff were incredible but it's a four star hotel so they should be. Would definitely stay there again but need to save up first.

Great place and people , very good location close enough to the city to be in the center whitin a short taxi ride and far away to be quite and pleasent.
