It's a friendly city serving as the welcome gate to the land of waving coconuts. Although it's not the most beautiful city in Indonesia, the city is ranked top 5 on human index development score in Indonesia. This city is messy but it is surrounded with amazing places like beautiful beaches, magnificent volcanoes, national marine parks, tropical rainforest, incredible natural reserves and ancient living historical places. "Our complete experience was terrific! All areas of the hotel were spotless. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with the TV which we didn’t watch much was very good and the wifi was stable. The breakfast was fantastic with a great assortment enough to please everyone no matter what they preferred for breakfast. The staff kept the serving plates full and were always there to help and even get for you anything you wanted. I can’t say enough about how well the staff at breakfast and as well anywhere else in the hotel were fantastic. The people cleaning the room was great and always checked with us to make sure everything is the room was ok and if we needed anything. All was fantastic. Thank you very much for a great visit. "
