"This is a beautiful little seaside bed and breakfast. It’s a short walk to the beach in Zandvoort and an even shorter walk to the train station. It’s under 15 minutes to Haarlem and close to Amsterdam as well. The room was very comfortable - great bed and AC. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to the room. Harry was a great host - super helpful and friendly."

"We’ve stayed here before. It’s a good price for a clean room with very large comfortable beds and a decent continental breakfast. It’s close enough to Haarlem Center without being noisy and pretty close to train and bus links."

"Amazing hotel in the centre of Haarlem. Stayed here 3 nights whilst doing a bike tour around Holland and this was a beautiful place to use as a base for a few days. The room and wet room were huge and we had a lovely view of St Bavo’s church. Just perfect! Also had to stay an extra night and luckily our room was still vacant!😊"

"It’s a beautiful old school building turned into a hotel. Keep in mind there is no elevator, however, staff was there to help us with our luggage. The staff is very friendly and helpful and everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. We would love to stay there again!"

There is a breakfast for about €16 which we did not use. Be aware rhere is train station access at Bloemendaal Station, one stop past Haarlem Centrale. No need to pay €20 for a taxi from Haarlem Station to the Ibis. It is a 15 min. Walk to the hotel from Bloemendaal Station through a beautiful residential area. We use it daily to get around by...

"The staff were very good with helping me plan my trips from Haarlem to other areas using either the trains or buses. Always friendly. The breakfast was always good and plenty of choices. I would stay there again."
