"recently had a lovely stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Derby, and I honestly can’t praise it enough ✨ From the moment I arrived, everything just felt right – comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and a great location right in the heart of the city. It was the perfect base to relax and unwind after a busy day. Lonely Traveler Productions thought it was absolutely brilliant – a truly marvellous place to stay and one we’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Derby. Comfortable, convenient, and excellent value, it really ticks all the boxes ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"the reception staff were welcoming and informative, We had a clean, spacious bedroom with all the facilities of coffee, tea, TV etc. The breakfast selection was good, although they had run out of bacon half an hour before breakfast was over.. The hotel is located near a bus stop into Lichfield city so it was very handy for us."

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was also excellent. The meal was amazingly priced for 3 courses and the chief made the pudding from scratch. I would absolutely go back again and even if we disnt stay the night i could eat the chiefs food all day long every day"

"I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment about it. I am not qualified to characterise the eco-friendly aspects. It is annoying that the survey doesn't allow alternative options for answers. However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations. I can't mention the names of all staff, because not so many had a badge with the name. I mentioned in a previous of my reviews the name of Marita, purely because she wear a badge, but all her colleagues were super fine. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The speed of internet... has room for improvement."
