"I had surgery nearby and the hotel were extremely helpful and kind, they arranged an early check in and helped me to my room. They were attentive, checked I could see everything I needed, and helped me connect to wifi. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The hotel is quiet. It’s a perfect place for staying if you’re having medical treatment nearby."

"The lift was being repaired when we arrived but the staff moved us after one night to a room on the ground floor after one night. The full English breakfast was very good. The Baker Street tube station was only a block away."

"Great hotel. Rooms are small, but you have everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy. I really appreciated refilled glass pitcher of potable water every day. Free breakfast was delicious and had a lot of both hot and cold options. Close to the train stations, a few food shops and pubs, but otherwise you need the tube or 20-30min to get to sightseeing"
