"Palazzo Caruso is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Rome…close to so many monuments and sights. The staff, Jino and Louisa are the best…warm, friendly, caring and helpful. While we did not have breakfast in the hotel (we have in prior visits)….it is very fresh and plentiful. Our room was beautifully appointed and clean. It was very cold in Rome this January, but the Palazzo Caruso heating system was wonderful and kept us warm and cozy when in our room. Whenever in Roma….we will stay at the...

"Close to a lot of attractions. It was very easy to get in and out of, contrary to other reviews. You do need cellphone service for ease of entry and exit. There are also a lot of food choices in the area. We staued in triple room and we had enough space. The beds was also comfy. We were able to walk almost everywhere and when we needed a taxi, it also was not hard to get one. "
