"We were initially given a room with a 3 minute walk with 2 flights of stairs from reception. Too far with cases, no offer of help. We were given another room but had to lose a morning waiting! The food variety was good but quality poor. We did try the à la carte but the service was terrible, and the main course of salmon was poor and mostly inedible. The whole experience took just under 2 hours. More information on what was on both in the hotel and outside especially as it was Carnival Week would have made our stay more enjoyable. Outdoor breakfast area was pleasant and staff helpful. "

"Supposedly a 4 star hotel but disappointing considering the price. They have the gall to charge €3/day to use the in-room safe - I've never seen this in any other hotel in the world; the 'housekeeping' is rudimentary - they will only make the bed, replace towels and empty bins; lots of choices in the breakfast buffet but it isn't great quality - their 'bacon' is some processed and reformed pig by-product. I'm sure there are better value options in Maspalomas."

"Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. My room was ok. The amenities provided in the room as usual, like any other 5-star hotel. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a positive note. At one point, I found a cockroach on my site table, complain to the staff at my check out. "

"Typical low budget hotel for high money. Room with devastated floors tiles with not working lift for whole duration of stay.Food as expected low quality meats and other hot meals greasy. Veg and fruits very good.Cakes no comment all artificial. Not recommended. "
