"Average hotel in a suburb of Berlin. Location suited me this time but might not appeal to everyone. Hotel placed in a building with cinema and night-open restaurants (of sorts). Note that the reception is not manned at night. Reasonably priced. Good communications by U-bahn."

"Clean beds. The rest is very stained and old. A little overpriced but probably because of location close to A10. OK for sleeping 7 hours for driving next day. "

The staff were very helpful at offering recommendations and the breakfast is excellent. Perfect for filling up before a days exploring. Would recommend and stay again."

But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."

"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. He barely spoke any English so he was confused on how to help me, but eventually he showed me how to use my key on the back door to get in (there is no...

"Perfecto 👍👍👍 A friendly welcome plus a call prior to my arrival to make sure that everything was in check. Just a short walk from Adelshof station with good links to and from the Airport. Just a shame that I wasn't staying for longer."
