"Although some distance from the city it’s easy accessible by Metro and taxi. Large comfortable air conditioned rooms with all the usual facilities, the complimentary drinks (inc alcohol) and snacks were a bonus. Full marks to the staff and a special mention to Carlos for welcoming us on arrival."

I liked how easy the shower was to use with a shower wand and overhead shower. Plenty of hot water. In room kettle with tea and coffee. Well worth the money. Would definitely recommend it."

"The room is spacious and clean. It's a new hotel, everything looks tidy and new. Staff were very friendly and check in and out process was smooth. Shower temperature was a bit inconsistent as it turns cold for a few seconds before it's back to warm temperature. There is a nepresso coffee machine in the room but no kettle in the room and no way to get hot water. Location is 1 minute away from Suanzes metro station. However it is quite far from Madrid city centre (takes at least 30 minutes to...
