"We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "

"Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately there was only one chair in the room and the showerhead would fall off if the water was turned completely on. We were unlucky to get the Venedig room, which is on street level. People on the street would talk and smoke right by our windows and that made the experience rather unpleasant. In addition to that, one of the windows was broken and wouldn't completely close. As I sat by the window one afternoon someone called me out from the street to ask...
