"Great hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. They made our birthday celebration truly special by leaving a thoughtful surprise in our room—a birthday card, pastéis de Belém, and a bottle of wine. There are two metro stations nearby, and it’s just three blocks from Tram 28, which is perfect if you want to visit the castle. We had a delicious breakfast in the Pasteleria Monte Rei just in the next corner."

"I thought that this location enabled us to navigate out of town and in town locations very easily from Entrecampos train and Metro stations under one roof. The hotel was about two blocks from the station. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area, not great but they get the job done. There is a fully stocked European (not the understocked American) Lidl Grocery at the train station with plenty of grab and go options with good pricing. "
