A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend."

"From the warm welcome on arrival to the warm goodbye our stay was wonderful. Our room was thankfully air conditioned as the temperature topped 40 degrees while we were there. The accommodation was first class and felt like home after 2 nights and very peaceful and quiet. We were within walking distance of the tram, which was inexpensive, so used that to travel into Bordeaux. Walking back late at night felt safe. Nothing was too much trouble for our host, who made us a very tasty breakfast each...

"The staff were very accommodating! We had to leave for a wine tour prior to breakfast and they set out pastry for us. Our scheduled train was 2 hours late and they let us leave our bags post check out time"

"Wonderful place to stay in Bordeaux . We got a family room that was spacious for a family of 4. All the amenities were clean and modern. There is parking under a shopping center 2 blocks away. You can purchase a ticket at the hotel for 20 euro and save 4 euro. The walk to the old town is about 15 minutes, but there are plenty of buses and trams nearby. The breakfast was very nice and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this place if staying in Bordeaux."

"Room was updated but very very small. Staff were excellent. We enjoyed the welcome canele and the complementary mini bar abd tea/coffee. The hotel is centrally located. "

"Beautiful old building with character. Very nice cafe/cocktail lounge as lobby. Staff were very responsive and kind. Big issue I missed is that there is no elevator and we had heavy bags. Big lift up two flights. Room was small but comfy. The large window did not open for fresh air so got stuffy and humid overnight. No shampoo in the shower. Shower gel was actually hand soap so not good on hair."

"Great position, you can take tram A straight from the airport. Walkable to all of the main sites. Hotel is lovely and clean, we didnt eat breakfast there (got it from the Intermarché nearby) but spent some time in the bar area which is nice, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."
