A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. "This is the highlight of our Bordeaux trip. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood right next to Jardin Public and not too far from the centre of Bordeaux. We ride a bike every day around town. Aida was very welcoming and her service is top notch. We were tired on our first morning there and she offered to bring breakfast to our bedroom. She truly loves her job and wanted us to feel like we are home so she’s always trying her best to fulfill our wishes. Any dinner recommendation, places...

"We had a great stay. The rooms were exactly as expected, and even felt a bit roomier than many French hotel rooms. The front desk staff were excellent — very helpful and patient, especially with booking taxis and vans for us multiple times during our stay. The location is also fantastic. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone, right in the middle of everything, but still felt quiet and calm once we were inside. A great base for exploring Bordeaux."

"Lovely and clean throughout Reception staff excellent Bit of a distance to the room via 2 lifts So make the hotel aware if you have any mobility issues. Served flat Champagne when ordered by the glass by it was corrected. Minor issues, but should be correct for the calibre of this property and company. Great / best position to enjoy the city. Would stay again comments for guidance not complaint."
