"Parking was a bit of an issue, but manageable. Staff was excellent, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Don't miss the outdoor garden with the heated seats/bench, a lovely spot. The proximity to so many of the things which make SF special was amazing. Shopping, eats, bars (The Page and Gigis both stand out), Golden Gate Park, the fun SF vibe all made the trip and stay memorable. We'll be back to stay at the Metro! "

"Worked out great for us. Location is great, room was clean, A/C worked relatively well, water was hot, it was quiet enough, and there are a number of places nearby to get food. The Coffee Berry nearby was great for coffee + delicious pastries."
