“The room was clean and comfortable, I used the on site gym which was basic but had everything I needed for a good workout and being included in the price of the room you couldn’t ask for more. I had a burger for dinner in the evening and it was very tasty, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay again if I’m in the area.”

“The room was just what I needed. Was in town for the Premier League. Conveniently located to the train station and an easy enough walk to Molineux.”

“Good stay. Helpful, accomodating staff, clean building. My room was clean, but a higher attention to detail is reccomended, bedding , towels etc clean,.”

“Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”

“Great location, clean simple room, really clean, good well equipped kitchen, free parking”

“Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. ”

“Clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent communication. Very convenient for Wolverhampton train station, stadium and city centre. Secure parking with permit provided for one vehicle ”

“The customer service was not good, the communication was hard and the staff was not welcomming”
