"The rooms were large and clean. Though we didn't use it the kitchenette was well equipped. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and well stocked for all tasted. Ideal for train station and shopping at the bull ring."

"For the price which compares favourably with a premier inn - the holiday inn express in Birmingham city centre proved a nice surprise and excellent value - all you can eat breakfast, complementary hot chocolate, coffee, tea throughout day and night, the bar was open until 1am, helpful staff. Modern clean rooms. 5mins walk into the city centre. Will probably book again when visiting Birmingham."

"A lovely reception, with friendly staff and lemon water / cranberry water on arrival. Parking is on street and paid during the day (this wasnt made clear on the booking but explained well at reception). Room was lovely, spacious, well equipped, comfy bed, modern and clean. Breakfast was good, Gluten free options and efficient, friendly service."

"Stayed here for 2 nights as we had a concert at the Utilita Arena! Only a 10 minute walk if that to the Utilita Arena, and 15 minutes to the bullring and other areas located within Birmingham City Centre! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment , it was very well maintained and clean! The hotel uses an app which also has the feature of messaging and speaking to a member of staff on reception if this is needed during the stay! All staff we interacted with were pleasant and very helpful!"

"Hotel is well situated and close to many bars and restaurants along Colmore and in the Cathedral quarter. Easy to find and a short walk from New Street train station. Staff were welcoming and helpful and check in was quick and easy. The room was well set up and had plenty of space to relax in.
