Within walking distance to the royal palace and cathedral (8 min) and just off the Gran Via. The metro stop is a block away and easy to use once you understand the stops and stations. "Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable for the 3 of us. A plus was the orange juice in the morning and the wine in the evening. Super close to main attractions. It might not look as safe as it is but after a few mins we felt comfortable to walk around until midnight."

"This was my fourth trip to Madrid and this has been my favorite hotel thus far. It has a great location on a quiet plaza, but close enough to major sites (between Opera and Callao metro stops). It was only a short walk to Plaza Mayor and also the famous churros of Chocolateria 1902 (which we frequented daily). The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Madrid. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Our room 7304 had two balconies that over looked the park and faced the palace. We were a 5 minute walk from Grand Via and around the corner from the Principle Pio Metro station. There is a cafe in the lobby, a pool, and a roof top bar. I enjoyed staying here and will stay again."
