"The staff were all very helpful. The hotel is very modern and in excellent condition. It has its own private beach and gardens which were lovely. The one thing they could improve is to provide a few more parasol shades for the many sun loungers. Otherwise, it is perfect. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful. Something for everyone. "Family with one teenager, from the UK. We were super impressed with this hotel. We don't speak Hungarian, but we were made so welcome, particularly by the reception staff, who responded to requests for kettles, an iron, and numerous other things. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of sunbeds and the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. It was such a relaxing stay — we absolutely loved it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Houses of History. It was a unique experience, for our family as the property has a lot of character. The pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot weather and our kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection.
