I felt very pampered and taken care of!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Casa de Las Artes. It was Easter weekend and I was welcomed with a special Easter dessert treat, a very nice touch. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are decorated very well and comfortably. It is in walking distance to Plaza Mayor, the Prado and many restaurants and shopping. Great stay! "

"Great stay at this hotel. After I checked out, I didn’t realize I had left my phone in the room. The staff found it and kept it safely until I could return to collect it. I’m very grateful for their honesty and help. The location is also very convenient — close to the metro, not far from the railway station, with many restaurants nearby. The Prado Museum is right next to the hotel as well. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!"
