"Dirty rooms, shabbily dressed staff, unknown people sitting in the dark lobby at the time of check in, and stinking refrigerator. The bed was very clean and nicely done, the staff were very well behaved, and the location is rather Central. However the condition of the hotel is very poor"

"Firstly, the experience was amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Front desk manager was able to resolve issues very swiftly. Every staff at this hotel was welcoming and accommodating. I was so surprised about the food, we ordered room service and every dish we had was very tasty and flavorful that we decided to purchase dinner at the hotel instead of outside restaurants. "Had a disappointing experience at Areian International. The property was not well maintained — rooms looked old and needed urgent repairs. Basic cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The food options were very limited and far from what you’d expect for the price. Overall, not worth the money. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made"
