"We arrived to find a very dated and never updated hotel. If you like knotty pine then this hotel is for you. The room itself was clean and just ok. The bathroom was small. The restaurant leaves much to be desired. The included breakfast was very limited. There was an up charge if you wanted freshly made eggs since they offered no eggs. There was only coffee or tea and cereal and bread. After staying at 6 other hotels in Switzerland, this was the only hotel that we have ever been to that charged 3 Swiss francs for a glass of tap water. This happened twice. Lunch menu was also limited and no substitutions were allowed. The ham and cheese sandwich had one very thin slice of ham and lots of cheese. The hotel only warned us upon check in of all the construction noise happening in and around their location. Ear plugs were provided in our room. We were so disappointed that we left a day early of our 2 nights stay."
