"The room was not very clean. I dropped my book between the bed and the cabinet and my book was covered in dirt and fluff. We did not use the swimming pool - or should I say plunge pool. The online photo makes it seem like the pool is about 25m long but in fact it is more like 10m! The swimming pool is very dark and dingy and not at all inviting. It's a sham because we chose this hotel because it had a pool. On the plus side, the beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was great,...

"Very good rooms and amnesties. We arrived late around 22.30 but the restaurant is open 24/7. We got very delicious pizzas. There is laundry room to use for free and you can get washing powder from the reception. Very well organized hotel. Good breakfast. "

"It was very nice looked after hotels, some parts are a little dated but other were refurbished and very modern. Comfortable bed. Nice spa experience, lovely garden, good central location. Only negative remark is that housekeeping team started cleaning spa before it closed there felt a little unwelcome there. "

"Very nice hotel with welcoming and helpful personnel. I got an upgrade from my economy room to a larger room with balcony and a superb view of the mountains. The bed was confortable, the breakfast is tasty and has all you need to charge for an active ski day. The spa is relaxing and has a nice mountain view. There is a free shuttle bus for the slopes available until 17:30, gets you to the Signal(Arnouva cabin). I even got a late check out in the afternoon so I could enjoy a last run the same...
