"Location is acceptable. Quiet street but felt safe. Flat was big enough. It was clean. Washing machine is a big advantage. There was a small detergent as well.There is a special control unit for drying laundry inside bathroom which worked well. Only negative side is that there is not a cloth hanger inside. We hanged our clothes on bathtub curtain pipe. Free coffee tickets from the cafe at entrance was nice. They tasted good. "

"Very good hotel, we will always stay here when we visit Osaka, good inhouse spa, with shops and supermarket next to the hotel, JR station also next to the hotel. But its around 10mins walk from Namba Station. "

Amenities in the hotel were good and clean, good restaurants and shops. 2 The shuttle bus service every 15 min to the Osaka station was very convenient for us. No complaints at all."

"This was the biggest hotel room we stayed in during our trip to Japan and the bed was very comfortable. Very convenient: located right above Yotsubashi Station, 7 min walk to Shinsaibashi, and a 12 min walk to Dotonburi. Staff was friendly and amenities were great."
