"We had a lovely stay and were made to feel extremely welcome. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Walking distance from town and close to multi-storey carpark, which was useful. There was a great selection for breakfast and it was possible to choose what you wanted for a cooked breakfast. Fantastic, quirky stay with mugshots of criminals lining the walls and prison doors into rooms. Would definitely stay again"

"Staying at 31 Queens Rd was a fantastic experience. Richard was a friendly and knowledgeable host. My breakfast tray every morning was above and beyond in terms of quality and quantity. My room was clean, cozy, comfortable; the entire property was safe and well lit. On site parking was beyond convenient. Highly recommend!! "

"The wykeham is ideally placed for exploring Winchester its only a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and the city centre. The staff were friendly and approachable at all times. Our room Kelsey was large and comfortable with a good shower. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. "

"I loved my room. The bed was tucked into a large bay window that overlooked a park and, beyond, the ships at dock. Walking distance to good restaurants and a safe parking area. The park was convenient as I had my dog with me. The hotel was very dog friendly. "
