"Although this is not a high end property, it is ideal for anyone wanting somewhere to stay when visiting the Co-op live arena or the Etihad stadium, an the free parking is a bonus. It was around a 10 minute walk to the arena. The stairs are very steep and narrow and care is needed coming down them. The bathroom and bedding etc was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Checking in was very easy and keyless and the host was quick to reply on the day when asking about the WiFi password...

"We picked this hotel as we have stayed before and it was a convenient location for our trip. It’s not the Ritz but clean and comfortable and relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area for that weekend There is free parking too. The receptionist was polite on arrival"

"Great size, lots of room to sleep six as advertised however the only bathroom and toilet is ensuite, so everyone else has to go through that couples bedroom to use facilities, not perfect. Could use some decorating but was very clean. "
